Panagiotis Panoutsos Talkowski is an experienced professional, with deep knowledge, innovative approach, crystallized and unique way of managing crises.

His educational background includes studies at top ranked universities, such as KU Leuven in Belgium and Pompeu Fabra University in Spain. As a student he has been a fellow of the European Commission. He has specialized in the broader field of business administration, with specialization in the field of sports, good governance of organizations and new media and Digital Marketing.

He has organized, but also worked, in key positions in sports and cultural events on behalf of national and international organizations. He has worked for “The Economist Events for SouthEast Europe” in the field of event organization in Greece, Cyprus, the Balkans Series, and Malta as a member of the commercial department. In addition, he has worked also in the auditing body of athletics, the Athletics Integrity Unit in Monaco as a researcher and analyst.

His experience, knowledge and multifunctional personality make him ideal for the position of Event Management Advisor, complementing the Management Team of the Organization, with the task of organizing and coordinating all future WUAVF Hellas events, such as conferences, workshops, events as well as FPV Drone Racing races.
